 How can I contact customer support?

Do you have a return policy?

We'd love to know why you want to return a product so please message us on Instagram or email so we can sort this out for you. If the product has been opened and/or used we cannot accept returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! beauty balm has gone global and we now ship worldwide! However please be aware that customers from the EU may experience VAT charges. International orders may also experience delays as customs delays are common and out of our hands.

My order is damaged/hasn't arrived, what shall I do?

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately some things are out of our control but we would love to make it right. Contact our customer support for more information.

When will my products be shipped?

All of our products are handmade and we love to have them as fresh as possible for you. We aim to produce and ship your products within 3 days. As we are a small start-up business there may be the occasional delay if we receive a high volume of orders. As soon as your products are shipped you will be notified and Royal Mail should get your package to you within 3-5 days as we use second class postage. 

Are your products organic and vegan friendly?

We try, where possible, to use organic ingredients in all of our products but some are not available from our supplier organically. The larger percentages of our balms, such as shea and cocoa butter, are organic however. 

Some of our products are vegan and we try to develop new products making sure they’re vegan friendly. However a few of our balms contain beeswax so please check the description to find out if a product is suitable for vegans.

Why has the consistency changed in my balm?

beauty balm uses 100% natural ingredients in our products but this can mean that sometimes, due to temperature change, the consistency can change. The organic shea and cocoa butters can have a slight grainy texture if the product is heated and then cooled. However don't worry! The balm will still melt on contact with the skin and it is totally fine to use. Try to keep our balms in a cool dry place. 

Are you products safe to use?

100%! All of our products go through rigorous trials and all receive CPSR testing (Cosmetic Product Safety Reports) which is legally required to be able to sell skincare in the EU and UK.

I've had a reaction to a product, what shall I do?

It is always recommended that you do a patch test 24 hours prior to use and thoroughly check the ingredients list for anything you normally react too. If irritation occurs cease use and please contact us.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes! We love to collaborate and are currently stocked in a few online shops as well as a high street retail shop. Please contact the email above to discuss prices.
